- A bank authorisation or pending charge does not guarantee booking confirmation.
- Failed or reversed payments can release inventory or trigger price changes.
- Duplicate or unfamiliar charges should be reported promptly with the booking reference.
Currency and instalments
- The checkout currency and charged amount are shown before authorisation.
- Your bank may apply conversion, international transaction or instalment charges.
- Refund currency differences can arise from exchange-rate movement and bank fees.
Fraud prevention and security
- Bookings may be paused for identity or payment verification.
- Never share passwords, one-time codes or card security codes with unsolicited callers.
- Suspected account or payment misuse should be reported immediately to the PlanBana travel desk.
