- PlanBana may act as a travel intermediary, package organiser or service facilitator depending on the product shown at checkout.
- The named airline, hotel, rail operator, cruise line, insurer, visa partner or ground operator remains responsible for delivering its contracted service.
- The supplier name, fare or rate rules, inclusions and exclusions shown before payment form part of your booking terms.
Accuracy and traveller responsibility
- Traveller names must match the relevant identity document exactly.
- You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, transit permissions, vaccinations, health requirements and destination restrictions.
- Contact details must remain current so schedule changes and urgent notices can reach you.
Prices and confirmation
- Displayed prices may change until payment is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued.
- Currency conversion, bank charges, local taxes, resort fees, deposits and security holds may apply where disclosed.
- A payment acknowledgement is not by itself a confirmed ticket, room, visa, policy or transport service.
Changes, disruption and support
- Supplier-initiated changes are handled under the supplier policy and applicable law.
- Reasonable alternatives may differ in timing, route, room type, carrier or itinerary.
- PlanBana will provide assistance but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by suppliers, authorities, weather or events beyond reasonable control.
Scope of assistance
- PlanBana or its partner may provide checklists, form support, appointment assistance and document review.
- Only the relevant authority decides whether to grant, refuse, shorten or cancel a visa or permit.
- Guidance is based on information available at the time and is not legal advice.
Documents and deadlines
- Applicants must provide genuine, complete and consistent information.
- Processing times are estimates and can change without notice.
- Travel should not be treated as visa-confirmed until the document is issued and checked.
Fees, biometrics and refusal
- Government, service, courier, translation and biometric fees may be separately payable.
- Fees may remain non-refundable after work or authority submission begins.
- A refusal does not automatically create a right to a travel-service refund outside the relevant booking rules.
