- The named airline, hotel, rail operator, cruise line, insurer, visa partner or ground operator remains responsible for delivering its contracted service.
- The supplier name, fare or rate rules, inclusions and exclusions shown before payment form part of your booking terms.
Accuracy and traveller responsibility
- Traveller names must match the relevant identity document exactly.
- You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, transit permissions, vaccinations, health requirements and destination restrictions.
- Contact details must remain current so schedule changes and urgent notices can reach you.
Prices and confirmation
- Displayed prices may change until payment is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued.
- Currency conversion, bank charges, local taxes, resort fees, deposits and security holds may apply where disclosed.
- A payment acknowledgement is not by itself a confirmed ticket, room, visa, policy or transport service.
Changes, disruption and support
- Supplier-initiated changes are handled under the supplier policy and applicable law.
- Reasonable alternatives may differ in timing, route, room type, carrier or itinerary.

Rates and occupancy
- Room or villa rates apply only to the confirmed dates, occupancy and meal plan.
- Children, extra guests, pets and additional beds require property acceptance.
- Local city taxes, resort fees or refundable security deposits may be collected at the property.
Check-in and property rules
- A lead guest may need government identification and a payment card at check-in.
- Late arrival should be communicated to prevent the reservation being treated as a no-show.
- Guests must follow property rules relating to noise, visitors, smoking, pools, events and damage.
Changes, damages and complaints
